Game #1 - Nuts Roast the Competition

The Chancellor's Office softball team, the Academianuts, are off to a promising start after a 15-4 romp over Thirsty Isle, Thursday night in their first game of the season.

The 'Nuts pounced on lackluster pitching to consistently put runners on base and in scoring position. Kudos to Jason Pischer's offense, Sean Boylan's pitching, and Jenna Purcella's stellar catch in right field.

The next game is Thurs., Aug. 4 at 7:45 p.m. at Joe Rodgers Field in Long Beach. Everyone is welcome to attend. There's snacks!
